How make a 3DCT images ?

３DCTというのが一般的になって久しいです。

Recently, A 3DCT has been popular.

私が学生だった頃は3D画像などというものは夢見たいなお話でしたが、最近は毎日お目にかかることができます。

When I am student, it was a like dreamy story.

But, I can see a 3DCT images every day.

３DCTというのはCTでつくる３D画像のこと。

それではCT以外に３Dってあるのかといわれると、MRIも核医学という撮影も血管造影というやつもそれぞれに３Dというのがあります。

About 3DCT, so it was made by CT images.

Is there something else CT?  There is the 3D image that is made by MRI image and Angiography and Radio isotope.

ただし、検査数の割合から言ってCT検査の３D画像が一般的でしょう。

But, 3DCT is very popular. That is huge exam every day.

私の病院だとCTは50件くらい、MRIも20件程度、血管造影なんて1件あるかないか、核医学だって3件くらいです。

そのうち、３D画像を作るような検査はCTで3件から5件、MRI1件（MRAは除く）？、血管造影1件（？）　核医学は週に1件くらいなもんで、圧倒的にCTがおおいですね。

CT examination has 50 in our hospital.

MRI is 25~30.

Angiography is one case. RI is too.

So, 3DCT has been popular.

さて、その３DCTはどのように作るのかというと、３D専用のパソコンがありまして、そこで作ります。

And then, how make 3DCT image?

IT is made by PC.

パソコンといってもphotoshopのようにソフトが入っているのと同様に３D解析ソフトが入っているだけの汎用パソコンです。

The pc is a popular PC. It is a HP or DELL or IBM etc…

ここで、CT画像を３Dにします。

と～ても難しいことをしているように感じられるようですが、こらなければ割と簡単です。

No, that isn’t very difficult.

これは骨折の３DCT画像ですが、5分くらいで完成します。嘘じゃないです。

This image is a 3DCT of fracture. It takes 5 minutes to make 3D image.

でも、このような画像を作ろうとすると時間がかかります。

But, Like this was made , It takes a lot of times.

大体15分くらいかかるのではないでしょうか？

We will need to make about 15 min.

冠動脈で30分くらい

We need to make coronary CTA about 30min.

今流行の３D大腸CTの術前３Dのような腸大作（超大作）となると30分から45分くらいですね。

Now, we are making CTC image for operation. That needs to 30~45min.

　ということで、撮影時間以外に画像処理時間というのも考えなくてはいけない時代になりました。

Then, We need to time for taking picture, and time making 3Dimage.

どこかで、実際の作り方をお見せしたいですね。
