Respect for younger radiographer.

尊敬する後輩がいる。
I always have respect for younger radiographer.

彼はいつも爽やかに仕事をする好青年だ。
He's always cool to work with.

CTやMRI、血管造影検査なども担当し、緊急検査時も進んで仕事を引き受けてくれる。
He  always accepts an emergency examinations.(CT,MRI,Angiography...)

そんな彼とCTを一緒にやっていると、いつも病気について質問をしてくる。
I'm working with him,He always asked me to diagnosis.

この画像は、脳出血ではありませんか？とか、
"Is this image brain hemorrhage?"

大腸穿孔ではないですか？などだ。
"This is Colon perforation?  "etc

本当に毎日真剣に画像診断に取り組んでいる。
Really,He is cool.

診療放射線技師というのは、基本的には撮影を行うだけの仕事だ。
A radiographer's work is only taking a picture.

しかし、彼のように画像診断をおこなうことができるように努力する技師さんは多い。
But,There are a lot of radiographers like him who studies hard to  diagnose disease.

いつだったか、私がCT検査を担当している時に、頭痛の患者さんを撮影した。その患者さんは、歩行可能だったので検査が終わったら診察はせずに家に帰り、後日診察の予定としている患者さんだった。
Many years ago,When I was scanning headache patient with CT scan.
He can walk at that time,so,He would come home after CT examination.


CT検査の画像をみると、くも膜下出血が写っていた。私は、これはまずいと思い、上司である放射線科の医師に連絡をし、その患者は救急手術となった。もし帰宅していて、そこで再出血していたら生死に関わっていただろう。

Then,I watched the CT images.the image was sub-arachnoid hemorrhage.I thout this case is emergency.I contacted his doctor.The doctor decided to operate at once.

その後、その患者は無事に退院された。
After that,he  left the hospital safety.

このような経験はそんなに多くはない。
We　had not many such an experience.

でもきっと、勉強熱心な彼にはたくさんこのようなことがおこるのだろうなと思う。
But,I think He will have many the experience.


私も見習わなければいけないです。
I have to learn from him.
