尿路結石の画像をネットで拾ったので見てみましょう。

これは、尿路結石が写っています。
さて、どれでしょうか？
You can find out a urinary stone in this KUB picture.
Where is a stone?
いつも画像を見ている先生や技師さんだとすぐに見つけることができるでしょうが、見慣れていないとわからないですよね。
A doctor and radiographer who are watching picture in everyday can find out a stone at that moment. But, general person can’t find out a stone, isn’t it.
この症例は左の尿管に石が写っています。
レントゲン写真は、通常向かって右側が左になります。
This case is left urinary stone.
Basically, right side is left in x-ray picture.
胸部や腹部は、通常右に肝臓、左に胃が写りますから右か左かを判断できます。
Normally, liver is right side. Stomach is left side.
肝臓は、赤文字です。わかりにくいですが、左の胃の部分(黄色文字)と比較するとわかりやすいでしょうか？
Liver is red color.
Do you can watch? You can understand after watching the left side (stomach).
胃の中には、空気が入っていますからこの部分に空気が写っているのでおそらく胃であると判断できます。
A stomach has the air into it. So, you can find out stomach at that time.
さて、尿管結石ですがこのように白く写ります。しかし、骨も白く写るため見分けが付きにくいです。
Then, Urinary stone is white color in this picture. But, Bone is white too.
また、血管なども老化とともに石灰化と呼ばれる現象で、血管の一部分が白く写ることもありますから、結石との区別をつけなければいけません。
The vains is also white color. It is calcification.
さて、どのように考えるのか？
How do we think?
まず第一に参考にすべきことは、患者さんの症状です。大抵の場合痛みがありますから、どこが痛いかということで、ある程度の場所が想定できますね。
The important thing is “where it hurt?”
We are exploring that point and we will find out stone point.
そして、解剖をしることも判断するときのポイントです。
The point is that we understand an abdominal anatomy.
尿管や腎臓は大体どの位置にあるのかということがわかっていれば、白い塊が石なのか別の石灰化なのかを判断できます。
So, we can correct a stone or a bone.
ということで、今日は尿管結石のレントゲンを見てみました。

ただし、尿管結石の大きさや厚みを判断したいときはCT検査をすることも最近は多いようです。
Recently, when doctor want to know deep information, we take a CT image.
このようにわかりやすく見ることができるようですが、その分お金もかかります。
That is clearly! But, CT scan is high cost.
日本だとCTは5000円（3割負担）くらいの負担が必要になるかとおもいます。
Maybe, you will pay 5,000 yen.
